UK standard delivery
- Orders below £75: £4.95 standard delivery.
- Orders of £75 or more: free standard delivery.
- Standard transit time: approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch. Pre-order items follow the estimate stated on the product page.
The qualifying order value and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Please check the final delivery charge before placing your order.
Express delivery
Where offered at checkout, express delivery costs £6.99 with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days after dispatch. Express transit time does not include time needed to obtain pre-order stock.
Stock and pre-orders
Items offered on pre-order can be ordered when out of stock. Estimated delivery is 10 days from ordering unless the product page states otherwise, subject to supplier availability. We will contact you if availability changes or an order is delayed. Please contact us before ordering if your job depends on a particular date.
Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking details will be provided when available for the delivery service used. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number. For damaged deliveries, photographs of the item and packaging help us investigate. Please retain the packaging while we resolve the issue.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly so we can check whether it can be corrected before dispatch.
Other destinations and trade orders
Delivery is available only to destinations accepted at checkout. For international delivery, large workshop equipment or bulk trade orders, contact us before ordering to discuss delivery arrangements.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly confirmed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
